Adventure
As you know, Director Steve and I aren’t afraid of an adventure on this project, and this was no exception. It is actually the furthest we have travelled for an interview thus far, as we headed down to East Sussex to an undisclosed location.
The Journey
Sunday 19th June I set off from my home, collected Steve, and we made the long journey to the hotel. If you would like to watch a little break down of what happened along the way. Then check out the video to your right (or below on mobile)…and please follow Finding Ford on Tik Tok!
Having More Time
Having done much of our shooting, and travelling in the same day so far. This trip was great to be able to; arrive, then relax, have dinner, a few drinks, and an early night. So the next morning we got up early, had a swim, ate breakfast, and checked out. Then Steve had a good 2 hours to prepare cameras, light the room, and I set sound, ready for Robert’s arrival.
The Interview
Robert arrived on time with his lovely assistant Sue Rummery, and after some chat, and a few laughs we sat down to roll film. I think I may have overprepared as I had 32 questions! So as one might imagine we spoke for a good 3 to 4 hours, including breaks.
As always I would love to tell you about all the things we discussed, but you will have to wait to see and hear it in Finding Ford!
Thank you
We’d like to thank Julian Owen from Alliance Agents who arranged the interview, the space, and recommended the accommodation. It really was first class! Special thanks to Sue, and of course to Robert!
